Through empowerment, direct experience, deep breathwork, spiritual lecture, and partnered meditation, here we learn to take full responsibility for our histories in order to take full creative reigns over our present potentiality.

1 hour of shared space where students sit or lay down in a sacred setting to experience 3 styles of practice: 1. A spiritual and Emotional Intelligence discussion; 2. Sound healing and guided meditation; 3. Silent meditation to begin building one’s own inner connection. Seated or Supine, as preferred. Personal comfort objects (such as additional pillows, blankets, bolsters) are encouraged. Chairs provided if needed. All Levels Welcome.
1 hour of going inward in silence while surrounded by your community in contained and sacred space.

1 hour of using the medium of film—and stunning, entrancing images of nature, bodies, elements, dancers, and quantum-field fractals—makes this visceral style of meditation an enriching way to induce a mild trance state (and alpha brain wave) while relaxing the sympathetic nervous system.
