There is no better way to embody and integrate these new tools than to take Mod 1 and 2 together.  \nMod 1: A powerful EQ course to clear trauma\, events\, and destructive emotion and memory from the body and brain stem. This rewires flight/fight/freeze/appease autonomics\, relationship dynamics\, habits\, addiction\, anxiety\, and depression. Mod 2: A stabilizing course teaching real tools for body intuition and intelligence for self-reliance: DIY applied kinesiology\, pilgrimage (nature as a catalyst)\, somatic release\, and MoveMed (Movement as Medicine).
