EQ-8 Series Training

Fusing consciousness coaching, yoga, meditation, exploratory movement, live sound healing, and guided emotional release work into one course curriculum, this signature series from Graceline helps students release old narratives, traumas, negative habits, and stuck emotion while learning ways to heighten happiness, creativity, intimacy, intuition, and immunity in this 8-part series.

Through empowerment, direct experience, deep breathwork, spiritual lecture, and partnered meditation, here we learn to take full responsibility for our histories in order to take full creative reigns over our present potentiality.

Meditation & Sound Healing

The Graceline Institute offers multiple meditation styles in the following 1-hour blocks.
Mixed Meditation

1 hour of shared space where students sit or lay down in a sacred setting to experience 3 styles of practice: 1. A spiritual and Emotional Intelligence discussion; 2. Sound healing and guided meditation; 3. Silent meditation to begin building one’s own inner connection.  Seated or Supine, as preferred. Personal comfort objects (such as additional pillows, blankets, bolsters) are encouraged. Chairs provided if needed. All Levels Welcome.

Vipassana Meditation

1 hour of going inward in silence while surrounded by your community in contained and sacred space.

All Levels Are Welcome (though these sessions are often most beneficial for intermediate to advanced practitioners). Seated or Supine, as preferred. Personal comfort objects (such as additional pillows, blankets, bolsters) are welcome.

Visual Meditation

1 hour of using the medium of film—and stunning, entrancing images of nature, bodies, elements, dancers, and quantum-field fractals—makes this visceral style of meditation an enriching way to induce a mild trance state (and alpha brain wave) while relaxing the sympathetic nervous system. 

All Levels Welcome. Seated or Supine, as preferred. Personal comfort objects (such as additional pillows, blankets, bolsters) are welcome.

Sound Meditation

1 hour of live sonic and ceremonial input (such as medicine songs, solfeggio frequencies, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, toning, drumming, or chanting), as well as hands-on healing adjustments makes this meditation method an enriching way to release stuck emotion, induce creative trance states for shamanic journey work, lucid dreaming, problem solving, or increased intuition.

All Levels Welcome. Seated or Supine, as preferred. Personal comfort objects (such as additional pillows, blankets, bolsters) are welcome.

Moving Meditation

Using multiple yoga styles (yin, restorative, hatha, vinyasa flow, and hot power vinyasa)—as well as improv contemporary/modern, hip hop classes, cardio dance, and ceremonial based trance dancing—all movement classes at the institute in some way beseech a deeper experience with your emotional field, spirit, and subconscious. The body and spirit can reveal so much to us when we step out of the mind and surrender to our primal selves or each other.

All Levels Welcome.

Devotional Dance

(Also dubbed our non-denominational “dance church”). 1-hour to commune with others through improv movement for the purposes of stress relief, emotional release, and ecstatic dance. Great music. Great fun. We highly recommend you try one of our Sunday Soul Sessions to have a direct experience of the power of communal movement. No trained dance skills necessary.
