Mod 1: A powerful EQ course to clear trauma, events, and destructive emotion and memory from the body and brain stem. This rewires flight/fight/freeze/appease autonomics, relationship dynamics, habits, addiction, anxiety, and depression. Mod 2: A stabilizing course teaching real tools for body intuition and intelligence for self-reliance: DIY applied kinesiology, pilgrimage (nature as a catalyst), somatic release, and MoveMed (Movement as Medicine).
